What does a creative workshop for a company cost? (2026)

What does a creative workshop for a company cost? (2026)

Prices for corporate art workshops in the Netherlands vary a lot, and quotes aren't always comparable. Here's a plain guide to what you can expect to pay in 2026 — and the questions that tell a fair quote from a fuzzy one.

Per-person workshops

A guided 2-hour workshop typically runs roughly €40–75 per person depending on the concept — Sip & Paint and flower-pot painting at the lower end, premium concepts like 3D moon lamps at the top. Most providers set a minimum group size of around ten.

Flat in-office day rate

For a whole-office format like a drop-in Art Café, a flat day rate is usually better value: ARIÉ's starts at €1,650/day all-in for a 20-seat setup that realistically reaches 50–100 people — with no per-head billing.

What 'all-in' should include

A fair all-in quote covers the artist, all materials, setup and cleanup, and travel within the main cities. Watch for add-ons: per-person surcharges, material fees and venue minimums can quietly double a 'cheap' quote.

VAT and recurring discounts

Dutch prices are quoted excluding 21% VAT. If you book a recurring rhythm (monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) ask about the cadence discount — recurring should always cost less per session than a one-off.
